Sharing with Partners, in connection with business transfers, and for the protection of Twinium and others:

* Our Partners: Twinium cooperates with a number of businesses. In certain situations, these businesses may promote products to you through Twinium's Service, or Twinium may promote products jointly with these businesses. Such collaborations will be made recognizable, and an option to not be solicited by marketing partners will be made available in the account settings before any such marketing program begins.
* Business Transfers: If Twinium or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Twinium enters bankruptcy or goes out of business, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
* Protection of Twinium and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is needed to comply with the law, including laws outside your country of residence; to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Twinium, our users, our employees, or others. This includes the exchange of information with other organizations to reduce fraud or credit risk.

Is Personal Information About Me Secure?

Your Twinium account is protected by a password for your security. To prevent unauthorized access to your account you must adequately select and protect your password, and limit access via your browser by logging out after each use of your account.
Twinium makes efforts to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Twinium cannot guarantee the security of user account information. The security of user information may be compromised at any time by unauthorized entry, software or hardware failure, human error, or other factors.

How Do I Delete My Account?

Should you wish to delete your Twinium account, please click on the "Delete Account" button found at the bottom of your profile page, which you can reach by choosing "Profile" after clicking on your username in the rollup menu always present at the bottom of the screen.
If you delete your account, your profile, including your classification history, lists, messages, and any promotional offers you received, will be removed from the site and deleted from Twinium's servers. Because of the way we maintain Twinium, such deletion may not be immediate, and residual copies of your profile information or posts may remain on backup media for up to one year.

How Is Information Removed From My Account?

Even after you remove information from your account, a copy may remain visible elsewhere, if it was shared with others, was otherwise distributed in accordance with your privacy settings, or was stored by other users. Removed and deleted information may remain on backup media for up to one year prior to being deleted from our servers.

Will There Be Changes To This Privacy Policy?

Twinium may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. Whenever we make material changes to the way we use Personal Information, you will be notified via an announcement on our Service or by email.
